We provide a welcoming and inclusive range of social activities for adults with disabilities.
Our groups are designed to reduce social isolation, build confidence and strengthen connections within the local community.
Our weekly activities include:
- a weekly social arts and crafts group
- a weekly social Karaoke Group
- a monthly social disco where people can come together, have fun and make new friends.
No booking or referral needed, so please come for a visit!
