We have 2 properties in the Stockport area that operate as guesthouses for people who have a learning disability to enjoy a short break. We would be happy to talk to commissioners about developing similar services in other areas. We would also be pleased to talk to people who have access to Direct Payments or Individual Budgets.

Hallfield Guesthouse has 6 guest bedrooms, all en-suite, some with double beds. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and has a wheel-in shower facility.

We also have 2 x 1-bedroom apartments @ hallfield situated under the main guesthouse, with private entrances. Facilities include en-suite bedroom, lounge and kitchen areas. These provide opportunities for people to experience greater independence but with the reassurance that members of staff are available on site in the main guesthouse.

55a Beech Avenue is a dormer bungalow and provides a quiet environment for guests who prefer to have a calm relaxing time while staying away from home. This guesthouse has its own adapted vehicle to provide opportunities for trips out.

55a Beech Avenue has 4 guest bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs, all with wash basin. There is a fully adapted bathroom on the ground floor and a conventional bathroom on the first floor.Hallfield Guesthouse provides a lively environment with always lots going on for people who like to be active and social. Situated a short walking distance from the town centre, which also provides train and bus links to all parts of Greater Manchester and beyond.
