We have a Centre Co-ordinator who is funded by a grant. This helps to make the services free for the families who use them. The range of opportunities available at our Centre in Hazel Grove, Stockport include Parents and Toddlers' Groups, Parents Support Network, Sibling Support Group, Drop in/advice sessions and learning through play, including music and computer groups.

Facilities available at our centre include indoor play areas, (including IT suite and Sand & Water Play room), outdoor play area, (featuring adventure activities and safe surfaces), lounge area for family members, wheelchair accessible toilet, small cubicle toilets for children, baby changing area and kitchen facilities.

We have an Inclusion Facilitator funded by a grant from BBC Children in Need. The Inclusion Facilitator can help families with all aspects of inclusion, including education, for children & young people up to 19 years old. This is a personal service for families and free to those who use it.

The Inclusion Facilitator works in partnership with other professionals to promote that all children with a disability in Stockport have equal access and opportunities to be included in all mainstream areas of life.

Referrals can be taken from anyone, including family members.
