Adult Placement Short Breaks

A short break can be for 1 night or up to a few weeks and is provided in the home of the Adult Placement carer. This is an opportunity for the person to participate in the activities of another family while staying away from home.

Small groups of friends can also be supported by Adult Placement carers to have a holiday in the UK or abroad. This is an alternative to more traditional short breaks (respite) options for spending time away from home.
