Chris joined the organisation in 2009 from a national disability charity where she held a senior regional management role. Prior to this, she was the Chief Executive of a Sussex-based charity. She holds professional qualifications in education (PGCE) and management (MBA). |

Madeleine Hennessy (Director of Finance)
Madeleine joined the organisation in 1988 and held a variety of administrative and management roles before qualifying as an accountant (FCCA). She became the Director of Finance in 2003. |

Christine McPartland (Director of Human Resources)
Christine joined the organisation in 2000, having worked as a senior operational manager within a national disability charity. Christine is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and holds professional qualifications in Human Resource Management (MCIPD) and Health and Safety (NEBOSH). |

David Little (Director of Services)
David joined the organisation in January 2011 from a South Yorkshire-based disability organisation. He is professionally qualified as a learning disability nurse, holding a BSC Honours in Nursing and a Diploma in Behavioural Approaches and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. |
