Community Support Service
We require flexible and creative individuals to support adults and children with a learning disability to widen their experiences and reach their potential by participating in their local community and developing their independent living skills
The Community Support Service supports individuals with a range of activities including:
- Structured day time occupation for individuals or groups
- Opportunities for people to pursue hobbies and interests
- Leisure activities in the evening and at weekends
Short Breaks Service
We require flexible individuals to support adults with a learning disability to spend time away from home at our Guesthouses in Stockport. Working as part of a small team, the role includes assisting guests to learn new skills, promoting independence as well as accessing social and leisure activities.
Supported Living
Our supported living services are constantly growing and developing and we are looking for warm, understanding, motivated individuals to be part of our team.
You must be committed to working in a person centered manner to support adults to live independently in their own home and when they are out in the community. Ability to work with families is essential.
In return, we can offer you flexible working, full and part time positions, and a competitive salary up to £8.41 per hour plus £57.60 per sleep in (where applicable). We also offer excellent benefits and a full training package.
