Shared Lives Scheme
A new and exciting post has become available in the Shared Lives Scheme for a Senior Worker. This person will work alongside the existing Shared Lives Managers to provide support to service users living in Shared Lives Placements. You will be the first point of contact for service users and will monitor the quality of ongoing placements in partnership with the service user. You will be responsible for completing all service user assessments and support plan updates as well as assessing new referrals to the scheme. Previous experience of assessment and support planning is essential.
37 hours per week
Salary – £17,781 – £19,464, plus on call payments
