The Community Support Team supports individuals with a range of activities including:
- Structured day time occupation for individuals or groups
- Opportunities for people to pursue hobbies and interests
- Leisure activities in the evening and at weekends
Experience is not always necessary but a commitment to working with disabled people is.
The posts are subject to an enhanced disclosure from the DBS.
